Mario Brothers
It is not my first time to play Mario Brothers.
A computer game who they've said consist of two brothers, Mario and Luigi; whose spouting moustache and a plumber outfit, regardless of their physique makes them as genetic brothers.
But for me "brothers" for them connotes only their camaraderie for each other. Their stronghold as low-class plumbers in a mission to save a princess.
Mario Brothers teaches me not only the intricacies of a computer game but life in general.
It teaches me that not only knowing the terrain makes a victor but proper timing and proper momentum can only a player surpass a stage, specially if it's an "air" stage, where the setting is in the sky.
That sometimes, greed for golden coins can cause you defeat and pre-judging "slow" enemies becomes the most difficult and irritating to overcome.
It teaches me there's surprise in every bricks, question boxes and other walls.
That there is an end in every stage, that gives you experience on how to deal with certain monsters, and in other cases, awards you a special kind of instrument or an additional life bonus.
Every stage is colorful and you will meet different kinds of personalities that tunes with a "happy" background.
Subliminally informing you that life is a game, be happy while playing it.
